Scania P410 Euro 6 Adblue fault: The most common faults identified are those concerning the exhaust gas after-treatment system (SCR Adblue) or the direct gas treatment system and its filtration by Euro 6 particulate filter. In this particular case, we worked on a Scania P410 meeting the Euro 6 standard, but we can also correct faults present on all other Euro 6 models. Adblue/DPF/EGR/Stage 1. In this case, the vehicle's speed was limited to 20km/h.

How to troubleshoot Scania P410 Adblue fault: DPF and SCR exhaust gas treatment and remove the 20km/h limit

Programming is carried out in 2 stages: First, we need to read and identify faults using the manufacturer's tool, which we plug into the vehicle's diagnostics socket. We then modify the vehicle's configuration, taking care to extract the parameters we need and save them. On the other hand, we inject an official version of the program designed to put the system temporarily or permanently out of service, depending on where the truck is being used.

In a second step, we read the complete engine map of the vehicle to definitively eliminate the error codes present in the EMS S8 ECU concerning the FAP and AdBlue. We also use this second stage to improve vehicle performance (torque and power).

AdBlue management has been completely overhauled and all codes have been eliminated once and for all.

EMS 5804 EMS 5848 EMS 9263, the fault codes present in our case, are completely eradicated from the engine control unit and will no longer be displayed, thus no longer disrupting the truck's correct operating system. The 20kmh speed is also restored to the programmed speed (often 90kmh).
