Default: Adblue suppression Volvo FH16 700
SCR problem on Volvo Euro 5 700hp. FH16 700 version with D16G700 engine. Following a problem with the catalytic converter, the Adblue system appeared to be faulty, resulting in a bill to change it of around €9,000 excluding VAT. Loss of power and gas emission warning light on, the truck was not under torque restriction but was smoking heavily.
Virtualization of a Euro 5 FH16 700 system on a 2011 D16G engine
Equipped with a 700hp D16G engine, managed by a TRW EMS ver2 engine ECU, we worked on this Volvo Power Edition to virtualize the exhaust gas control system. Now ready for export, it will be able to run without Adblue in countries where this is authorized.
We work on the entire Volvo Euro 5, FL FM FH range, whether it's a problem with the Adblue injector, Nox sensor, Adblue pump, catalytic converter or an electronic emission fault. Adblue gauge can be set electronically to a fixed and definitive value, in this case 70%.
