ACM Continental and Adblue Volvo FMX 460
Equipped with the 460hp D13K engine, managed by a TRW engine ECU coupled to the Continental exhaust gas management ECU developed for Volvo and Renault in Euro 6 versions, we implemented our specific box molded with the vehicle's original connector to counter Volvo FMX 460 Adblue faults. Replacing the ACM requires going under the truck, the easiest being to put it on a pit and gain access to the Adblue management box.
Data virtualization enables simulation of the various SCR emission management parameters. Adblue consumption is reduced identically to the original, and when a certain threshold is reached, it returns to the parameters pre-set in your new ACM.
