Removal of Adblue Man 26-440: Euro 6

Adblue Man 26-440 suppression involves emulating the SCR system via the Bosch EDC17CV42 engine ECU. Active faults stored in memory restrict the vehicle's engine power and torque, making it very difficult, if not impossible, to work with the vehicle.

Engine reprogramming and SCR Man Euro 6 system intervention

Man has equipped its vehicles between 2014 and 2019 with a Bosch engine management ECU and an EMITEC module that also controls exhaust emissions. The Bosch engine management ECU also contains all the engine management maps, such as injection data, injection times, ignition timing, turbo pressure, torque limiters and more. These maps influence engine behavior and, when correctly modified, can change the vehicle's torque and power limits. This operation, when carried out correctly, is risk-free for the vehicle and not only enhances driving pleasure, but also reduces fuel consumption when the vehicle is driven smoothly and within the torque limits.

Intervention on Man TGS 6×2 26-440

The work is carried out using the bench method, i.e. without opening the ECU, but simply by connecting to the Pin connectors on the ECU. Each intervention includes a vehicle diagnosis, as well as reading and saving the original parameters. What's more, after modifying the data, we always carry out a test drive with the customer.

Connection to the ECU, reading and extracting information, then rewriting a new engine program. Check for faults in the engine ECU and SCR Emitec, and correct them with lines of code.

Adblue Man Euro 6 -> 20 km/h speed limit permanently abolished

Removal of Adblue Man 26-440: After our intervention, the Speed Limit (maximum operating speed of the truck) is reset from 20 Km/h to 90 Km/h. The vehicle recovers its torque and power.
