On Man vehicles from 2014 to 2019 equipped with the Bosch EDC17CV42 engine ECU, we intervene directly in the heart of the engine control unit. The ECU or Bosch engine control unit enables us to permanently eradicate any faults stored in memory.
We now read the information from the ECU's Flash memory using the Bench method, i.e. without opening the box.
Reading faults and erasing permanent codes that cannot be erased at Man
The fault codes stored in the engine ECU and thus present in the EMITEC exhaust gas management unit will be permanently erased. We take care to identify the various codes present on the on-board computer and then when passing the case.
Adblue Man Euro 6 -> Reset speed limit to 20kmh
Once the Adblue problem has been solved, all that remains to be done is to reset the speed limit to 20kmh, so that the vehicle can once again get on with its job without any power, torque or speed limits.
