360CV DC13 06
The R360 develops 1850Nm of torque. It is managed by an EMS S7 engine ECU. This engine is equipped with an XPI injection system and an EGR valve. Compared with the other R400, R440 and R480 models, the R360 has different injectors and a different turbo than the other 3 models. The gearbox and clutch are the same. However, engine optimization is possible with good results after reprogramming.
400CV DC13 05
The R400 develops 2100Nm of torque. The engine is managed by an EMS S7 management system. Equipped with an XPI injection system, an EGR valve and a supercharging system identical to the R440 and R480, the clutch, gearbox and injectors are identical in every respect. The drive shaft is also identical. This data allows the R400 twin of the R440 and R480 to benefit from surprising optimization. A GRS905 gearbox must be checked in advance.
440HP DC13 10
the R440 develops 2300Nm of torque. It is managed by an EMS S7 ECU system. The R440 has all the same injection, supercharging and transmission components as the 400 and 480. The gearbox is exactly the same. Injectors, turbo, fuel pump, clutch and driveshaft too. Reprogramming a R440 DC13 10 is very interesting. The R440 also has an EGR valve.
480CV DC13 07
The R480 develops 2400Nm of torque. The engine management system is the EMS S7. The R480 also features all the same components as the 400 and 440. Turbo injectors, gearbox, clutch and all the components required for supercharging. The possibilities for engine optimization after reprogramming are therefore very interesting, even if the gains will be less significant than with the two previous models, as the mapping is already optimized for power.

400CV DC13 113
The R400 develops 2100Nm of torque managed by an EMS S6 management system. The engine components fitted to the R400 are identical to those of the R440 DC13 112 and EEV DC13 121. It has no EGR valve, and the turbo, injectors, HP pump, gearbox, clutch and manifolds are identical to those of the 440. Only engine management limits torque and power. The gains after engine reprogramming on the Scania R400 are therefore very interesting.
440HP DC13 112
the R440 develops 2300Nm of torque. It is managed by an EMS S6 ECU system. The engine components of the 400CV and 440CV are identical. Injectors, turbo, exhaust, fuel supply, gearbox and clutch. Engine management is more power-optimized on the 440, but that's the only difference between this model and the R400. Power gains are interesting after engine reprogramming. 480CV DC13 111
The R480 develops 2400Nm of torque. The engine management system is EMS S6. The 480 is also identical to the R400 and R440 in terms of fuel supply (injectors) and turbocharging system. The driveshaft and clutch are also identical, with only the GRS905 gearbox differing from the other two, which use the 895. In terms of power, it is possible to optimize the R480 and achieve very good results.
