JCB Fastrac 3200 Adblue fault: Switch to downgraded mode
Remove an Adblue fault to avoid downgrading mode
Our JCB Fastrac 3200 Adblue fault repair service will get rid of all kinds of engine power restrictions, tank refilling, untimely replacement of NOx sensors, Adblue injectors or pumps, and even in the worst case.... of the Cata SCR change.
Work on Fastrac 3200 Adblue system and Bosch box Agco Sisu engine
The JCB Fastrac 3200 is powered by an AGCO SISU 74AWF engine. It develops 197hp and 960Nm of torque. This 6-cylinder engine works with a Bosch EDC17CV54 engine management ECU. This ECU also manages exhaust gas aftertreatment, notably the EGR valve, DOC and the AdBlue System (SCR).
Our intervention consisted in reprogramming the entire system in order to block the post-treatment system. Indeed, when the vehicle runs out of AdBlue, it also goes into degraded mode and the maximum speed does not exceed 15km/h. It is therefore impossible to work properly with the tractor.

After reprogramming: No more faults present!
Deactivating the gas post-treatment parameters therefore makes it possible to:
- Avoid Limp Mode, no more adblue consumption, no more regeneration.
- No more warning lights on the tractor dashboard.
- No need to worry about changing emission-related parts.
- Empty the vehicle's DPF/DOC
Possibility of increasing engine power on JCB Fastrac
If your vehicle isn't powerful enough for the job, we can improve engine efficiency. Increase torque at low revs and power at high revs. If the engine is used primarily for torque, fuel consumption will be reduced.
