SCR Aktiv error! Adblue system Adblue Man TGX fault

Intervention on Man TGX 18.480 following Man TGX adblue fault. Various faults in the vehicle's SCR memory. The truck frequently reduces power and limits speed. Deleting the faults left the driver with only a few hours to spare, so a more drastic solution was required after several attempts by a dealership.

We read and write new parameters in the vehicle via Bench mode, connecting directly to the Bosch EDC17CV42 engine ECU (ref: 0281 020 273). By reading the data from your Man TGX 18.480, you can modify various parameters such as particulate filter, SCR system (adblue), shunt EGR valve, increase power....

Our intervention consists of eliminating the defect once and for all, so that the vehicle is no longer restricted to a maximum speed of 20kmh. Note that this operation is theoretically reserved for vehicles destined for export to countries where adblue does not exist, or for use off open roads. We can also intervene on all Man Euro 6 tractors up to 2019 4×2, 6×2, 8×4, 10×4 and also on exceptional convoy vehicles which often do not exceed a high operating speed and on which engine regeneration problems are encountered. When the vehicle is completely faulty and its speed limited to 20kmh, our program unlocks this restricted mode and you can once again drive at 90.
