Engine overhaul Iveco Stralis 420 + Adblue Off - Euro 6
Reprogramming the engine on the Iveco Stralis Euro 6, and in particular the 420hp version, delivers a significant gain in torque and power, with +70hp and 250Nm of additional torque. Thanks to its greater torque, it offers better acceleration at low revs, and avoids inadvertent downshifts. Hill-climbing speed is also reduced, and the vehicle is more responsive at higher revs.
Engine reprogramming and removal of AdBlue system on Iveco Euro 6 models
To avoid restricting the vehicle's power and torque, and limiting the maximum speed to 20kmh, when the AdBlue system fails, we deactivated the SCR system directly in the engine program. As a result, the vehicle no longer consumes AdBlue and is no longer restricted in terms of power. This has also been done with a view to exporting the vehicle in the near future.
Reprogramming the Iveco Stralis Euro 6 engine: Stage 1 and SCR Off
All our work on Iveco Euro 6 vehicles from 2014 to 2020 fitted with a Bosch EDC17CV41 management ECU is carried out via the OBD diagnostic socket. No disassembly of the ECU or parts is necessary. Only the engine ECU is read and written during the operation, so there will be no more fault codes on the truck's dashboard, and it will be able to pass the pre-export technical inspection.
