    Volvo DTi 13L flanged engine Renault has been borrowing Volvo engines for a long time, particularly for the Euro 6 T range. In reality, the T440 is a 13L engine which is simply the flanged version of the T480, also in 13L. Engine peripherals are identical (turbo, injectors, fuel pump, etc.) With Renault T reprogramming on the T440, power rises from 440hp to 520hp, and torque increases by around 300Nm. Fuel consumption is reduced by up to 4L/100km.

    Revision of AdBlue FAP management and EGR operation.

    The Volvo/Renault Adblue system is notorious for occasionally going into error and causing engine torque limitations that almost bring the truck to a standstill. These are often error codes relating to Adblue quality, or problems with the pump, NOx injector or blocked catalytic converter. By completely overhauling the management system and even shutting it down (for export), you'll no longer be affected by these types of errors and malfunctions. With a complete reprogramming of the EMS and ACM (exhaust gas treatment module), we can inhibit the system for good. The DPF cartridge can be removed, and the truck will consume less fuel, since regeneration by fuel injection will also no longer be effective. Torque limitation modes, or the 20km/h speed restriction mode, are permanently OFF. You can no longer run out of Adblue or FAP. From now on, the entire operation will be carried out by reprogramming, rather than by fitting a box, as the box cannot affect the operation of the EGR valve, and can be problematic when the vehicle has a hydraulic retarder.

    What we call a Bonus engine when we reprogram a vehicle is the fact that 2 vehicle models are made up identically of the same engine/gearbox peripherals, and are deliberately restrained when they leave the factory to avoid extra production costs. A single production line and only the engine management differs to give a vehicle more or less torque and power. The same applies to cars.
