AdBlue removal Volvo FH460 : Faults present on Volvo FH460 FH4 Euro 6
AdBlue problem solved by deleting Adblue Volvo FH460 under Euro 6 standard fitted with EMS 2.3 ECU and Continental 2.1 ACM. The main fault is P207F9A, and there are others, but this one puts the truck into Limp Mode (creep mode), which means it can't travel at speeds over 20km/h. Before coming, our customer was able to clear the fault and get a few hours of driving time out of the truck, thanks to a Limp Mode removal box we also sell. We sent it to him by DHL the day before.

How to solve the exhaust treatment problem and remove the 20km/h limit on a Volvo FH460
By contacting us beforehand with the vehicle's chassis number, we can query the Volvo servers and find out about the latest updates carried out on the vehicle, as well as their version numbers. This enables us to check your vehicle's eligibility for adblue removal, particularly if you wish to export it to Africa, for example. Two choices are possible. If you don't have a retarder, then you can either integrate a specially-designed plug-and-play unit directly into the ACM (the unit that manages adblue), or use the OBD manufacturer's diagnostic socket if the ECU software version allows. In our case, the customer opted for an invisible intervention via the OBD socket, which allows him to pass the technical inspection without any worries before exporting his vehicle.
AdBlue management completely overhauled and eliminated
AdBlue system management is now non-existent and fault codes P204F93 P207F9A P20E797 are no longer displayed. The AdBlue gauge before and after flashing also disappears from the display.
