Troubleshooting FAP/DPF Volvo EC200D and EC250D
Removal of the Adblue system on these two Volvo excavators type EC250D and EC200D. The Volvo Penta Tier 4 Stage IIIB engines are only equipped with the FAP device. Our solution consisted in troubleshooting the FAP device so that the vehicle could regain its power.
Diagnosis and initialization: Reading and deleting faults
Equipped with the same tools as the manufacturer, we enable you to read and interpret the ECU memories on your construction vehicle. It often takes several days, and sometimes weeks, to get an appointment to diagnose your excavator's engine. Only Volvo CE technicians have access to these memories and are able to erase faults in the engine ECU and ACM module. We have the same tools and are able to intervene rapidly on your vehicle.
