Let's take a look at the defects present on Volvo FH500 FH4 Euro 6
After several repair attempts via the brand's approved garage, it proved impossible to solve the problem of the Adblue system's faults once and for all. After several weeks, these reappeared, restricting the truck to a speed of 20kmh Maximum, making all work impossible. What's more, the truck was intended for export to African countries where Adblue is not ubiquitous. So we solved the problem.
Meaning of faults present in this case :
P204F93: AdBlue dosage problem on Volvo FH 500; EMS fault present
P207F9A SCR agent quality problem - AdBlue quality problem; Fault present in EMS
P20E797: Exhaust gas treatment problem; ACM fault
How to solve the exhaust treatment problem and abolish the 20km/h limit
Programming a mode without Adblue is fully feasible on this vehicle (Please contact us with your truck's serial number to find out if yours can also be repaired). In this case, we intervene directly at the heart of the EMS engine management unit to render the system inactive via a customized truck configuration. This eliminates faults and eliminates AdBlue management. The modification incorporates new Volvo engine parameters, eliminating the need to worry about SCR agent dosage and quality, and even allowing AdBlue-free operation in countries where this is permitted. Torque and engine power limitations, as well as the 20km/h speed restriction, have been removed.
AdBlue management completely overhauled and eliminated
AdBlue system management is now non-existent and fault codes P204F93 P207F9A P20E797 are no longer displayed. The AdBlue gauge before and after flashing also disappears from the display.
