Volvo EC300EL Adblue system removed
Adblue system removed from this Volvo EC300EL excavator. The Volvo Penta 7.8L D8J engine (Tier 4 Stage 4 standard) is equipped with a 53L AdBlue system. Our foreign customer, wishing to work in countries where AdBlue is only present in small quantities and where AdBlue standards are not in force, wished to temporarily deactivate the AdBlue system so as not to be in degraded mode and work with a machine not delivering its full power.
Two specially developed boxes allow you to remove Adblue from your Volvo EC300EL
We intervene at the heart of the system, replacing the ACM module with our specially developed box. The ACM module is then decoyed by the new ECU. Our solutions are also applicable to other Volvo CE engines, such as the D4J, D6J, D8J, D11J, D13J and D16J.
Diagnosis and initialization: Reading and deleting faults
Equipped with the same tools as the manufacturer, we enable you to read and interpret the ECU memories on your construction vehicle. It often takes several days, and sometimes weeks, to get an appointment to diagnose your excavator's engine. Only Volvo CE technicians have access to these memories and are able to erase faults in the engine ECU and ACM module. We have the same tools and are able to intervene rapidly on your vehicle.
