Iveco Stralis Euro 6 Adblue suppression: Via ECU programming
Removal of Adblue Iveco Stralis Euro 6. In order to export 18 vehicles to Cameroon, we worked on 18 trucks directly at our customer's premises. As we're used to working with him, he trusted us again this time to bring these vehicles up to the Euro 6 standard.
The modification is made via the vehicle's diagnostic socket in the memory of the Bosch EDC17CV41 engine management ECU.

Programming via our special tools directly via OBD to remove adblue from Iveco Euro 6 vehicles
In order to avoid a limitation of torque and power as well as a limitation of the maximum speed to 20kmh in the future, as Adblue is not available in many African countries. We therefore read the original memory of the Bosch-type engine ECU fitted to Iveco vehicles with the Cursor 11 engine, identified the version of the internal software and programmed new data to deactivate adblue permanently.

Adblue OFF AS440S46T: Reset speed limit to 20km/h -> 90km/h if trucks are already faulty
This data modification not only enables Adblue-free operation without any defects or power restrictions, but also prevents the truck from going into advanced degraded mode with limited power and maximum vehicle speed, thus preventing the truck from breaking down as a result of an Adblue problem.
The adblue level will not drop, nor will it be necessary to disconnect the various NOx sensors, temperature probes or the adblue injector. You'll be ready to hit the road in no time.
