John Deere 1110G adblue fault: Power restriction
Goal of the intervention : Resolve John Deere 1110G adblue fault.
Following a fault in the exhaust after-treatment system, this John Deere 1110G forestry forwarder was constantly malfunctioning. We intervened electronically to virtualize the system, thus resolving the fault once and for all. John Deere Forestry adopts an exhaust aftertreatment strategy managed by a Phoenix L33 ECU on this vehicle. We are therefore able to interpret the data via the manufacturer's diagnostic socket.

The various faults encountered send the vehicle into degraded mode once the countdown has elapsed.
So as not to be left abandoned in the forest after the countdown, and of course with a view to being productive and therefore not immobilizing the vehicle, our first mission was to extract the information from the engine management ECU and then rework it on site. The primary objective was to virtualize the Tier 4F Adblue system on this John Deere 1110G. We take care to note the various additional faults present in the ECU's memory in order to remove them permanently.
DEF system: Post-treatment of faulty exhaust gases and writing of a new management program
After extracting the data and analyzing the various faults present in the ECU, we rework the program and write it to the ECU Flash. This operation is equivalent to running the vehicle with a new internal program that emulates/deactivates AdBlue errors.
Once the vehicle has been serviced, work can be resumed without fear of another breakdown. Adblue level no longer drops and adblue injection is unavailable.
