    The Artec F40 and RS20 sprayers built to meet Tier 4 standards are equipped with two types of engine. Deutz engines and Volvo Penta TAD engines. Both can sometimes suffer from AdBlue anomalies, resulting in loss of power, torque and speed. We present our solutions to counter these problems.

    Adblue problem management & troubleshooting Ad-Blue Tier 4 Deutz engine

    Deactivation of the Artec F40 or Artec RS60 AdBlue SCR system directly by emulating data in the vehicle's original engine ECU is possible when the exhaust gas treatment system is managed by the Bosch EDC17CV52 engine management ECU. We can then work in the heart of the ECU's internal memory.

    Adblue Artec F40 & Artec RS20 : Processes

    First of all, we identify the faults present on the dashboard and with our diagnostic tool. We then read the flash memory containing the engine management and exhaust system information via the manufacturer's diagnostic socket, or by reading the hard data in the ECU (Bosch EDC17CV52 on this model). We correct the manufacturer's data and virtualize the system by modifying the necessary lines of code, then write the new program. In some cases, it may be necessary to disconnect the Nox sensor, the pump or the AdBlue injector.

    Bosch ECUs hold no secrets for us, and we know how to read, write and correct all the data they contain. We can also improve the performance of your Artec machine by reliably increasing power and torque. In fact, engine management data is also managed by the Bosch ECU.

    Volvo Penta engines can have their emission treatment system virtualized by acting directly on the ACM Continental 2.1 ECU. This directly manages the entire cycle of recycling and post-treatment of pollutant emissions. We have developed a box specifically for Artec RS20 machines meeting the Tier 4F standard for Volvo Penta engines.
