    AdBlue system incidents can occur on Scania vehicles. Pump failure, injector, catalytic converter, NOx sensor, clogged particulate filter, regeneration failure and more.

    We have 100% effective solutions to counter these problems, whatever the year of your truck. No more dashboard errors, no more 20 or 40 km/h speed limits. We don't add additional boxes to these vehicles, we work with solutions using the manufacturer's software and are able to carry out all types of intervention on the vehicle, from simple diagnostics to the most complex configurations of electronic modules.

    EMS intervention method via internal software

    We have the latest software for truck diagnostics, particularly for Scania trucks, for which we have Concession software in developer mode, i.e. with higher authorizations than those administered at your Scania garage.

    We save the complete vehicle configuration via SOPS files. We read the faults present in the vehicle with their manufacturer's identification code. With another type of software, we read the data directly from the engine program, so that we have a complete map and can locate the addresses of the faults. This may sound a little Chinese to you, but in a few words we can go into all the vehicle's control units and code the parameters 1 by 1.

    What do Scania Adblue Euro 6 problems mean for your vehicle?

    FAULT CLEARANCE WITH ADBLUE GAUGE ACTIVE OR INACTIVE

    In some countries outside the European Union, Adblue is not mandatory. We therefore have a solution that allows you to deactivate the system as well as the gauge. In other cases, more complex to code but totally feasible, the gauge indicates a level.

    Exhaust sensor problem with custom exhaust line, especially on V8s

    When you install a stainless steel exhaust system with sensors not supported by the manufacturer, or with flaps, you will in the vast majority of cases have exhaust gas treatment faults. EGR/DPF/SCR...

    Adblue-Services.com is able to counter any errors that may occur after a custom line replacement on a Scania Euro 6. We can directly adjust the emission treatment parameters via the vehicle's internal software, thanks to our manufacturer's development tool. Note that some Scania models, such as the R730, have more sensors (notably 2 NOx sensors), which makes it harder to manage exhaust gas treatment after modifying the sound of your truck. We'll be happy to help.

    Adblue Scania Euro 6 & Speed limit management

    For reasons of your own, you are entitled to change the speed limits of your vehicle as long as they remain within the legal framework of the legislation in force. What are the reasons for changing your truck's current speed settings?

    • Second-hand vehicle purchased with too low a speed limit (e.g. 80km/h)
    • Vehicle used to transport hazardous materials only, and therefore limited speed
    • The chrono limit may be incorrectly calibrated and may be off by 1 or 2km/h, so you want to readjust it.
    • You are going to export the vehicle to a country where the speed limits are different from those programmed into the vehicle.
