Solutions for Machines equipped with Volvo Penta engines

    Problem Arjes Recycling

Arjes GMBH develops excellent shredders and recycling machines. Most of them are equipped with Volvo Penta engines, which can sometimes suffer from technical faults, particularly with their exhaust gas after-treatment system (AdBlue).

AdBlue troubleshooting on Arjes Volvo Penta machines

Our exhaust gas treatment system virtualization boxes fit all Arjes machines equipped with Volvo Penta engines. More details below

Problem solutions in under 30 minutes

As mentioned above, our solutions fit all Volvo Penta Tier 4F and Tier 5 engines whose exhaust aftertreatment system, and therefore AdBlue, is managed by a Continental ACM 2.1 system. Our Adblue troubleshooting box is Plug And Play, since we've developed our solution directly using the manufacturer's connector for easy installation. The system is simple: you disconnect the original ACM ECU from your machine, then connect our box in place of this ACM.

    Faults found on different vehicles

In most cases, AdBlue faults correspond to a physical problem in the system. A faulty pump, seized AdBlue injector or faulty electronic part, NOx sensor, crystallization problem, clogged DPFS, etc.

Other Volvo Penta vehicles and common AdBlue defects

As with vehicles fitted with Volvo Euro 6 / Tier 4F engines, when faults are present in the system you lose torque, power and therefore, to take the example of an airport fire-fighting machine, the impossibility of operating all the peripherals required for harvesting, or in some cases doubling harvesting time. A restriction on maximum speed may also occur, making it impossible for the vehicle to exceed a speed of 20 km/h. Our control units are compatible with all Volvo CE vehicles meeting Tier 4 Final and Stage V standards. Excavators, Backhoe Loaders, Excavators, Pipelayers...
