    Solutions for Bosch EDC17CV41 & MD1CE101 ECUs

Equipping almost all Iveco Heavy Duty vehicles from 2014 to 2019 in CV41 and from 2020 for MD1CE101. Modifications goes directly through the OBD socket without any disassembly, for even greater ease of use. These modifications remain undetectable during inspection.

The 20km/h speed limit and torque reduction are very restrictive for the driver. It is no longer possible to drive the truck without endangering road traffic. This fault code can only be cleared once the problem has been solved. In 90% of cases, this restriction is linked to a malfunction in the vehicle's emission treatment system. Find out what causes this restriction below.

AdBlue system faults can come from a variety of sources.

    • 7th AdBlue injector: Seized or faulty injector. Adblue can no longer be injected into the system.
    • Faulty catalytic converter: burnt out, damaged or melted, the catalytic converter no longer enables the exhaust after-treatment system to operate optimally, and in the long term may clog the particulate filter since regeneration is no longer possible.
    • Particulate filter: clogged for a variety of reasons. Catalytic converter problems, frequent short trips and incomplete automatic regeneration - there are many causes that can put your truck in a power-restriction situation.
    • SCR: SCR catalytic converter failure, clogged or physically destroyed. NOx sensors can also cause SCR incidents managed by the vehicle's ACM control module.

2 choices: Emulator or ECU programming

    Programmable deactivation

Everything is done electronically. No additional components are connected to the vehicle. We proceed by completely reprogramming the AdBlue system via the engine ECU, connecting to the truck's diagnostic socket (OBD2) or Bench mode via connector.

    REQUIREMENTS & PREREQUISITES

    • The vehicle must have a Bosch MD1CE101 or Bosch EDC17CV41 ECU version.
    • All Euro 6 standards

    Emulation deactivation

The operation involves adding an AdBlue system virtualization module by connecting a box to the vehicle's Can Bus network. The operation is simple, and the box can be sent anywhere in the world. The connection diagram ensures easy, reliable installation.

YOU DON'T WANT TO REMOVE YOUR ADBLUE DEVICE?

Another way to keep on driving is to delete the fault codes each time they appear. This is a temporary solution that will prevent you from being immobilized with your vehicle, or from being unable to exceed a maximum torque limit and a speed limit in degraded mode, often between 20 and 40km/h.

How to troubleshoot yourself and regain torque and power temporarily?

Immediately remove the defect to regain power! How do I do it?

Theoretically, only the dealer or a garage equipped with the manufacturer's diagnostic kit is able to clear faults. However, symptoms can reappear very quickly - a few hours after deletion, or even after driving a few kilometers, sometimes less than ten.

In response to growing demand, we have developed a process for automatically eliminating the fault before the vehicle is started. With AdBlue-Services.com, it's now possible to eliminate power reduction on heavy-duty vehicles. Our mini-case emulates part of the manufacturer's kit when the technician initiates the procedure to clear the engine light, so that the truck regains its original power and engine torque. The process is very simple, and we've developed the system to suit all types of driver, from 18 to 65 (and beyond 🙂 ). The system is as simple as plugging into a 220V electrical outlet. No knowledge, hardware or diagnostics are required. Simply connect our system to the truck's OBD socket and our intelligent programmer will do the work for you, just as if you were at the dealership.

10s, Connect it's erased! Plug in, switch on, wait for automatic process, unplug, switch off and START!

This is a cost-saving alternative that avoids having to secure the truck (breakdown service, immobilization, waiting for a manufacturer's appointment...). A thorough diagnosis at the dealership (or with us in Normandy) is necessarily useful to pinpoint the exact origin of the problem, although the items listed above are the most common. On the other hand, driving tens of thousands of kilometers with a defective component on the truck is not an option. We know what to do in most cases, and have the right solutions for your fleet.
