    Who are we?

    The AdBlue-Services story in a nutshell and for the curious!

    The meeting

    In 2009, to start with, it wasn't called Adblue-Services, but Maptronic. A small company based in France created by two friends, Florian and myself. Flo and I studied together at BEP Mécanique Auto since 2002. After graduating, Florian, a mechanics enthusiast, joined Porsche, while I continued in a totally different field that had fascinated me since childhood: IT, before meeting up again in 2009 for the start of the project.

    The beginning

    At the very beginning, and for 2 years, we only worked on cars. Our company's objective was Chiptuning. Improving the power and torque of car engines. Although gifted in computer programming, we were supported by an engineer and creator of the Digiservices company, who did all our engine mapping, and it went very well.

    The breakup of Maptronic

    After 2 years, some personal problems forced us to close the company, not that it wasn't working properly, but sometimes you have to make choices in life.

    Back to computers, but also back to cars

    In 2011, I moved to Bordeaux to work in the IT sector, back to my roots. That said, as a car enthusiast, on weekends I go to a few car rallies, make a few new acquaintances and one thing leading to another, it comes to many people's ears that I used to have an engine reprogramming business, and they ask me to boost a few engines here and there. As more and more customers came to me outside my work, I set up a micro-business for my Saturday and Sunday activities, and over time, more and more in the evenings after work.

    From 2012 to 2015, itinerant reprogrammer

    At the end of 2012, the flourishing automotive and programming business no longer allowed me to combine a job as an employee with running my micro-business, so I decided to devote myself full-time to it. Without any structure, since word of mouth has spread as far as the neighboring departments of 24, 40, 47 and 64. So, for the next three and a half years, I travelled every day to program new customers' vehicles.

    Back to Normandy

    In 2015, after a romantic breakup, I decided to leave everything behind in Bordeaux to move back up. I want to leave this city. So here I am, back in Normandy, starting all over again, only bigger! While waiting to find a structure, I worked in my friends Magda and Aziz's garage in Rouen for a year. I've also set up a nice website that works well for engine reprogramming, with which I'm well referenced, but there's not enough space! The garage isn't huge and I have too many cars to program every day, so at the end of 2016 I decided to move into my own premises, which I searched for quite a while and finally found, in Bourg-Achard.

    The start of adblue on top of everything else

    Since the end of 2016, my brother has also joined me as a micro-entrepreneur. He helps me and also manages vehicle programming with me, as he too comes from an IT background. In Bourg-Achard, the garage where we share our equipment is called Digiservices Normandie. We have an Auto power bench, a descaling machine and a particulate filter reconditioning machine. And that's how Adblue-Services came into being. More and more requests for anti-pollution devices, endless problems, customers fed up with the time they spend in the garage for problems with their DPF, AdBlue and EGR valves, and above all, abusive invoices from dealerships.

    A company dedicated to Adblue

    In late 2016, I created a site dedicated to AdBlue tips. I name it www.adblue-services.com! During a few trips abroad at trade shows, I was able to meet a few people, notably in the United Arab Emirates. There's also a Polish and a Russian who will remain close contacts to this day, with whom we work closely on the development of programs aimed at removing anti-pollution devices from vehicles. These vehicles are often destined for export markets, where emission standards differ from those in Europe. In addition, a structure specifically dedicated to Adblue has been created to differentiate the Antipollution part from the engine reprogramming part. Adblue-services is legally DK Engine Services, also based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As for my brother, he now manages the reprogramming part on his own in Bourg Achard, as I'm now in demand all over France for my services and cover more than 80,000km every year to help you fight your AdBlue-related woes!!!! FYI, around here they call me Mike, but in real life it's different 🙂

    It's me, the founder but also the technician, the one who rolls to the rescue to save you every day. I also design the website, write the articles and manage marketing and development. And when I'm not doing any of that, I sleep it off and do it all over again the next day!

    He receives on site in Bourg-Achard some local customers having difficulties with their AdBlue system who can travel to the garage. He works on his own account as a service provider for Adblue-Services.

    He's one of our key players! He develops the computer programs that save your machines. He lives in Dubai, we don't see each other much, but we talk more than 6 hours a day on Whatsapp. 90% of our programs are edited via his knowledge.

    PROTOCOL DEVELOPER

    Aurel is the man I've been working with since the creation of Maptronic in 2009. He develops programs and communication protocols for cars and trucks. He implements and tests new solutions without rest. He's a geek who also works at night in his basement.

    Zott

    DEVELOPER

    A relentless Russian developer, he has worked on the development of boxes for Volvo Penta in particular. He's also the one who cracked and found the RSA key pairs using over 200 graphics cards connected to racks over a period of 2 years. he's also a geek, like the rest.

    Martin

    DEVELOPER

    He lives in Poland and develops programs for numerous machines and trucks. We work with him from time to time. We've also worked with him to design boxes for Euro 4 & 5 systems.

    Oumaima

    ITINERANT HELP

    When we can't intervene in sufficient time, we second Oumaima, who uses the appropriate equipment to connect to the vehicles so that we can take over remotely. She also works on Renault and Volvo Euro 5 vehicles within a 200km radius of Rouen.
