FPT engine problem: Which engines and brands?
FPT engines can be found everywhere. Trucks, tractors, industrial machinery, boats, agricultural and mining equipment. The different variants offer engines that comply with current standards such as Tier 4F / Stage V, and are therefore necessarily equipped with AdBlue and FAP/DPF systems.
Problème Adblue moteur FPT - Which makes?
FPT engines are fitted to the best-known makes of vehicle such as CASE, Steyr New Holland, IVECO, Magirus, Liebherr, Mc Cormick, Class, John Deere, Merlo, New Holland, TigerCat, FPT Industrial, Iveco / Fiat, and surely other machines we may have forgotten. So we have Adblue DPF solutions for all machines fitted with FPT engines.
We work on Tier 4F and Tier V / Stage V machines with a minimum AdBlue system.

Our response to AdBlue problems in FPT engines
In order to program new data into your vehicle's FPT engine management ECU, and thus delete various emissions-related data such as adblue, FAP and EGR valve, we need to work at the heart of the program. Some ECUs and machines allow you to read and write the new data directly via the manufacturer's diagnostic socket. On some machines, however, access may be more restricted, so we intervene directly by dismantling the engine management unit (without opening it), but by plugging directly into the ECU sockets, which enables us to bypass certain safety features.
Our intervention consists in reading the vehicle's original information, saving it in the event of a return to the original, then modifying it in order to bypass certain AdBlue management parameters, for example. Please note that the use of a vehicle without AdBlue or FAP is strictly forbidden in Europe. However, if you're exporting your vehicle or taking your machine to work abroad, you can carry out this operation. We have the original program which will enable us, when you return, to change over to a machine which complies with anti-pollution criteria.
Although this operation is not visible during a roadworthiness test, it is prohibited, and only you can be held responsible.
What should you do if you break down on a building site or in a critical situation?
If you run out of AdBlue with your FPT motorized machine, and are aware that you can't usually travel with it, we'll come straight to your site to intervene.
