Remove Adblue Massey Ferguson: Solving SCR FAP DOC EGR problems
Supported engines
Massey Ferguson equips almost all its farm machinery with Agco Power, Mitsubishi and Simpson engines. Most of these are equipped with 3 components: Adblue, FAP and EGR valve: Adblue, FAP and EGR valve. Unfortunately, these elements can sometimes fail, restricting the vehicle's torque and power, preventing it from working properly, and even rendering it unusable. We explain how we interact with the on-board system and engine management ECU. The main engines are
Delete Adblue Massey Ferguson: SCR system
Our reprogramming operation to Remove Adblue Massey Ferguson allows you to use your vehicle permanently without DEF (Adblue) fluid. The system is permanently condemned, and consumption is therefore zero. Please note that when your Massey Ferguson tractor or machine encounters an AdBlue problem, the engine goes into a restricted mode, known as Limp mode. This mode considerably reduces the vehicle's power and torque, to the point of rendering it unusable. Our intervention also involves inhibiting this mode, so that there are no more faults on the dashboard and you can work without fear.
Remove FAP or DOC on Massey Ferguson
The FAP or DOC (Diesel Oxide Catalyst) anti-pollution device avoids the need for constant vehicle regeneration. As this regeneration to self-clean the filter works by injecting diesel via an additional injector, you also see lower fuel consumption. What's more, when the particulate filter is saturated with soot, the machine has to be put into downgraded mode (sometimes even impossible to start the engine, as the exhaust gases rise up into the intake and can break the turbo). With our solution (outside Europe by law), if you wish to export your vehicle or work abroad, you no longer have to worry about a clogged DPFS. Regenerations will be permanently deactivated.
Shunting the EGR valve on Massey Ferguson
For Massey Ferguson vehicles fitted with an EGR valve. Its role is to return part of the exhaust gases to the engine's intake system. As a result, unburnt gases and soot, or calamine, will build up and clog the EGR valve over time. Deactivating and sealing the valve also helps to restrict the vehicle.
