    How our Adblue solution works for Bateman RB

    The control and engine management screen allows us to read the faults directly on the digital display. In this way, we can identify faults related to the Adblue problem and then remove them from the engine management module. Each fault is represented by a manufacturer's code, so we know exactly which component is responsible for the system failure. After this pre-identification, we read the engine management parameters, which contain all the operating data as well as the exhaust gas management data. (Post Gas Treatment). We develop our own customized program to permanently reset the vehicle's faults, and then write this program into the Phoenix engine management module.

These control units mainly contain all engine operating data, such as injection times, ignition timing, regeneration cycles, exhaust gas recirculation strategies, and much more. By intervening directly in the engine management program, in addition to the Adblue system, we can improve performance by an average of 20%. Maximum torque is revised upwards, as is engine power, always taking into account the manufacturer's standards and tolerances to ensure maximum reliability.
