    Removing adblue from Olnova grinders

Quick and efficient adblue deactivation on Olnova grinders

Is your shredder safe? Power loss, torque restrictions due to NOx problems? Our solution applies to your VB 650DK with Penta engine. We permanently remove the Adblue SCR system. Removing the adblue from an Olnova shredder is quick and easy, thanks to our specially developed box.

Recent Volvo Penta engines are equipped with an EMS (Engine Management Computer) and an ACM (After Treatment Control Module), which manages exhaust gas after-treatment. When a fault is detected in the NOx control system, the adblue injection system, the pump or the injector, it is recorded in the ACM ECU. These faults legally restrict the machine's torque and power, making it impossible to work with them.

Deactivation of limp mode, NOx control and DPFS

When Limp mode is active on the vehicle, as mentioned above, the machine's torque is reduced and it is no longer capable of shredding. Our solution for eliminating adblue on the Olnova shredder (Penta engine) is based on data emulation. The system is very simple: the development of our box replaces the original ACM, i.e. you simply disconnect the Adblue ECU and connect our module instead. It's plug and play, so there's no special wiring or soldering required. Our box takes over from the ACM, enabling you to restore power to your vehicle in just a few minutes.

The ACM is located behind the motor. The connector can be removed in 10 minutes, and our module clipped on in seconds. Switch off the battery for ten minutes or so, while the ECUs go into standby mode. Switch it back on and use your shredder at full power again. In some cases, if the fault won't clear, you'll need to erase it using the Penta case, or a fault eraser specially designed for Volvo CE. (We have one in stock and can supply it with our module, at an additional cost of €500).

In the photo above, we can see that the engine is running normally after our intervention, with no AdBlue system faults.
