Screen Machine Adblue - Tier IV Final solutions
Problem Crushers Screens Trommels Conveyors on Volvo Penta Tier 4F / St.V
Persistent faults in Screen Machine hardware & solutions
Power loss, inability to crush, screen... Even though Volvo Penta engines are among the best on the market for site and construction machinery, they can sometimes have a faulty AdBlue system. The Tier 4F and Stage V standards highlight these defects, which reduce the working capacity of the machine in question. Here we present our solutions to counter this AdBlue problem.
Troubleshooting AdBlue ACM Continental 2.1 systems
Our boxes can be used to virtualize, i.e. emulate, an AdBlue system by supplying the engine ECU with data on the AdBlue system. The vehicle's original ACM box will be replaced by our solution, enabling you to troubleshoot your machine quickly and easily.
Impacted engines and vehicles for which we have solutions
Main features and functions of the emulation module
Quick and easy installation of our virtualization solution
Our solution for the virtualization of exhaust aftertreatment data was based on the original ACM Continental ECU, or at least the connector for the harness was purchased directly from the supplier who markets its connector solutions. We have implemented our own printed circuit in this connector, emulating the AdBlue data and restoring the machine to perfect operation in just a few minutes. These solutions are suitable for the vast majority of vehicles fitted with Volvo Penta Tier 4F / Stage V standard engines.
Common faults on AdBlue Screen Machine systems
AdBlue & TAD1171VE D11J
In most cases, AdBlue faults correspond to a physical problem in the system. A faulty pump, seized AdBlue injector or faulty electronic part, NOx sensor, crystallization problem, clogged DPFS, etc.
Find out more about the origin of your defect
We have the Volvo Penta/CE & Trucks diagnostic equipment to diagnose the origin of the problem more precisely if you wish, but also to be able to erase any persistent faults. Depending on the machine, the diagnostic connector may be a Volvo Penta proprietary device, or meet the OBD2 standard. If you're located abroad, we can send you our diagnostic equipment and take control remotely once connected to the vehicle.
No more worries, be preventive
As with vehicles fitted with Volvo Euro 6 engines, when faults are present in the system, you lose torque and power, and so, for example, a crusher will not provide the power required for proper operation, and will only reduce if not halt production/work. Having an emulation box available means you can troubleshoot quickly and efficiently while you're waiting to solve the problem, or even work in foreign countries if your machine has to travel there.
