AdBlue Ecolog Volvo Penta engine fault - ACM Power fault
The various Ecolog machines, and in particular those distributed after 2019, are powered by Volvo Penta engines coupled to Continental ACM2.1 exhaust gas management units. When an Adblue system fault is detected by the ACM, it sends a CAN message to the engine ECU (EMS 2.3/2.4), which restricts the machine's power and torque.
Machines operating to Tier 4F / Stage V emission standards are the most affected. We have reliable and easy-to-implement solutions to help you out. In most cases, these are D8J engines.

What Ecolog's Volvo Penta engine solution can do for you
ACM2.1 substitution: Immediate troubleshooting
Specially adapted for AdBlue problems encountered on Volvo Penta engines, and particularly on Ecolog harvesters and forwarders, our box replaces the original Continental ACM ECU. The solution is simple: just disconnect the ACM connector and connect our box in its place. The technology embodied in our replacement ACM will enable you to regain the power and torque of your machine, so you won't be limited in maximum speed either.
