    Adblue defect Doppstadt DW3060

Following an Adblue Doppstadt DW3060 fault, we have provided a definitive solution to the problem. As you can see from the photo above, both the post-gas treatment light and the check engine light are on. This means there's still a problem with your DW3060 shredder's emission control system.

    Doppstadt shredder electronics and motorization

Powered by a Mercedes OM471LA-E4-1-00 engine, meeting EPA Tier 4F anti-pollution standards, it develops over 400hp. The engine is controlled by an MCM ECU. The exhaust gases are processed by a different module, the ACM. They communicate with each other via the CAN Bus network.

The Motor Control Module (MCM) and the After Treatment Control Module (ACM) are two different control modules used in a Mercedes motor vehicle. They respectively manage the engine and the exhaust gas treatment system. Although these two modules are independent and have distinct functions, they are connected and communicate with each other via a communication network such as CAN Bus (Controller Area Network Bus).

The MCM and ACM work together to optimize vehicle operation and ensure optimum performance. For example, the MCM is used to regulate engine speed and power, while the ACM regulates exhaust emissions and ensures compliance with current environmental standards.

The After Treatment Control Module (ACM) is a control module used to manage a vehicle's exhaust gas treatment system. It is used to control various functions of the exhaust gas treatment system, such as exhaust gas temperature regulation, particulate filter regeneration management and AdBlue injection.

Programming of both units and permanent removal of Adblue from the DPF and EGR valve.

To overcome an Adblue Doppstadt DW3060 problem, we reprogram both ACM and MCM modules. This is done by connecting directly to both ECUs and extracting data from the program. The data is processed by our engineers, who develop solutions aimed at eliminating the need for emission control devices. Each solution is unique for each vehicle, machine or plant.

Once the program has been developed, we move on to writing the data to the 2 respective calculators. As a result, the new data takes effect immediately. The new program thus enables :

    • remove the power restriction mode
    • remove FAP regenerations
    • leave the EGR valve in the closed position
    • eliminate adblue injection

Please note that the removal of an anti-pollution device is not authorized by law. It is advisable to carry out this operation only if you wish to work abroad or resell your shredder for export.
