Adblue Fap and EGR suppression on Agco Power engines
These engines generally power JCB's FASTRAC tractor range. These are mainly the 66 AWF, 74 AWF and 84 AWF engines. These engines are mainly managed by Bosch ECUs of the EDC17 type, or MD1 for the latest Stage V versions. Our job is to enter the ECU's memory to carry out a complete reprogramming of the system, in order to shut down the exhaust after-treatment process.
Remove adblue on JCB (also FAP and EGR): Ecomax engine
Smaller-displacement than Agco Power engines, Ecomax engines also feature an exhaust gas after-treatment system, generally consisting of an EGR valve, a SCR (Adblue) system and a DPF or DOC. In most cases, these are EcoMax 444 or 448 engines managed by a Delphi engine control unit (Ref DCM 3.3 or 3.3+). These units can be reprogrammed, usually via the manufacturer's diagnostic socket.
EGR and AdBlue suppression on JCB : Cummins engines
The Cummins engines fitted to JCB vehicles are older and do not all have the same gas post-treatment systems as those seen above. Generally, the EGR valve is present, and sometimes the SCR system, depending on the standards in force.
