Remove Adblue on Claas Axion 930 tractor - FPT 8.7L engine

Why and how to remove adblue from Claas tractors?

Safety problems, engine power and torque restrictions on a Claas machine with an FPT engine. We have the solutions to put your mind at rest.
On Claas Axion machines equipped with the 8.7 FPT engine, the engine is managed by a Bosch engine ECU, either type EDC7UC31 or type EDC17. Deactivating the torque-restriction devices will help you get the season off to a good start.

Remove AdBlue system on Claas tractors

To perform the operation, you need to read the information on the engine ECU. This is done either directly on the ECU, or via the OBD or Ronde diagnostic socket, depending on what may be present on the vehicle. Once the information has been retrieved, we edit it in order to modify the overall operation of the emission control system, of course for tractors we do abroad, although the modification is not visible during a vehicle inspection.

Eliminating adblue on Claas Axion tractors or any other machine with a FPT engine (and also available for harvesters with large Mercedes engines) will prevent the vehicle from getting stuck in the middle of a field in the event of an imminent breakdown. The system is directly deactivated via the engine electronics.

Stage 1 power increase on Claas Axion 930

The FPT engine powering this Claas Axion 930 develops 346HP. Our customer wanted to work on the injection part of the program to optimize engine torque and power. We gained almost 40hp and 80Nm of torque on this model, enabling it to plough at 3kmh faster.Engine management on Claas Axion
