Adblue Man Euro 6 32-400 : Aktiv DTC 04235-04
Before exporting a truck, or driving in countries where adblue is not compulsory, it is advisable to deactivate the anti-pollution system to avoid any engine restrictions, especially on MAN Euro 6 tractors, where a reduction in power and torque is often active, as well as a 20kmh speed limit.
DTCs on Man Euro 6 relating to the Adblue system, including those in the EDC17CV42 engine ECU, cannot be deleted as they have the Status: Aktiv on the dashboard.
How do I repair or emulate / deactivate the Adblue system on Man Euro 6?
If the defects are present and active on the truck, there are several solutions: The first, and most costly, is to replace the faulty parts (sensor, injector, pump, or even SCR catalytic converter -> €7,000 for the latter). The second is to inhibit the SCR system, especially when the vehicle is to be exported and cannot run on Adblue.
We remove or deactivate the system, and permanently clear faults via the ECU's internal memory. We read the information contained in the flash memory of the Bosch EDC17CV42 engine ECU, then program new data by connecting directly to the ECU.

The work is carried out using the bench method, i.e. without opening the ECU, but simply by connecting to the Pin connectors on the ECU. Each intervention includes a vehicle diagnosis, as well as reading and saving the original parameters. What's more, after modifying the data, we always carry out a test drive with the customer.
Connection to the ECU, reading and extracting information, then rewriting a new engine program. Check for faults in the engine ECU and SCR Emitec and correct them with lines of code. EDC faults are changed from Activ to Passiv and can now be cleared using an appropriate diagnostic tool.
Adblue Man Euro 6 -> 20 km/h speed limit permanently abolished
Removal of Adblue Man 32.400: After our intervention, the Speed Limit (maximum operating speed of the truck) is reset from 20 Km/h to 90 Km/h. The vehicle recovers its torque and power.
