Adblue Man Euro 6 fault: Troubleshooting solutions
When faults occur on MAN Euro 6 trucks, they prevent the vehicle from being used to its full potential. In fact, the adblue fault (exhaust gas treatment) restricts the vehicle to 20km/h, making it impossible to use the vehicle's power and torque. If you wish to export your vehicle to a country not subject to the Euro standard (for example), we offer to inhibit the AdBlue system. We emulate it so that the engine parameters indicate optimal operation, even if a key part of the gas reprocessing circuit is faulty. Adblue Man Euro 6 faults can be resolved without dealer intervention, by reading and writing a new engine management program.
No AdBlue system on Man Euro 6 with Bosch EDC17CV42 ECU management
All Man Euro 6 trucks designed between 2014 and 2019 are equipped with a Bosch EDC17CV42 engine management ECU and an Emitec SCR box that also manages the recycling and post-treatment of emitted gases. Intervening in the heart of the engine management ECU will therefore enable a different exhaust gas treatment cycle to be initialized. In this way, the faults present in the engine ECU and SCR (EDC & SCR on the dashboard) will be completely eliminated, and the vehicle will regain its full working capacity.
Intervention on 2 Man TGS 8×4 32.360 & 32.420
We work on all types of Man truck and bus vehicles. Here on 2 concrete mixers equipped respectively with Man's 360 and 420hp in-line 6-cylinder engines. The other versions, 480 500 560, are also available for SCR parameter reconfiguration, as are the smaller models.

Adblue Man Euro 6 -> Reset speed limit to 20kmh
After our intervention, the Speed Limit (maximum operating speed of the truck) is reset from 20Km/h to 90Km/h. The vehicle recovers its torque and power.
