    Correct Adblue defect on Renault D Wide 320hp year 2016

    We intervened on this Renault D19 Wide in order to counter a recurring adblue fault which was causing the engine to restrict. (speed constantly reduced to 20km/h and loss of power and torque). The fault was located in the ACM, a permanent part of the exhaust gas aftertreatment module. It was code P204213, corresponding to a problem with the AdBlue temperature sensor, which has been changed many times, but always comes back as a fault.

    To solve this problem, we took a radical approach (especially as the vehicle is intended for export). We completely deactivated the AdBlue SCR, FAP and EGR systems to avoid any worries about reduced power and torque when the vehicle is driven outside Europe.

    System removal process

    Complete reprogramming of the ACM and EMS2.3 modules is essential to get rid of this burden once and for all. We use our specific hardware to program the EMS engine management module, as well as Boot mode (open mode) for the ACM part. The AdBlue system will no longer have any fault codes, the catalytic converter, NOx injector, pump and FAP pressure sensor can be removed, and the system dismantled if necessary.

    Which engines are supported?

    The engines supported by our innovation and programming are all Renault and Volvo Euro 6 engine blocks equipped with EMS 2.3 or 2.4 engine ECUs and Continental ACMs. By simply deactivating the system, you'll be able to drive without a warning light on the dashboard, with a functional adblue gauge (i.e. changeover to MIN ok before export) and no restriction on vehicle torque and power. All engines are supported, Renault Volvo Euro 6 without exception, as well as site and construction equipment fitted with Volvo Penta engines.
