Deactivate adblue permanently on Iveco XP 570 Stralis

In the interests of efficiency, we worked on an Iveco XP570 Stralis compliant with the Euro 6 standard to deactivate the adblue system. Restricting engine torque prevents the vehicle from pulling loads in mountainous regions. Defects in the Adblue system. The truck is equipped with the Denox 2.2 system, which manages the anti-pollution system of the 570hp Cursor 13 engine. The truck's exact name is AS440S57TX/P XP. To counter recurring problems, adblue can be deactivated on the Iveco XP 57 Stralis.

Definitive removal of faults 06021F AA0C1F and EE1010

The above-mentioned faults (among others) will put your vehicle into degraded mode. Torque will be restricted and the engine's 2500Nm will no longer be available. We're talking about a torque restriction of around 70%, which totally limits the vehicle's performance. To completely eliminate these SCR-related faults, it is imperative to intervene in the EDC17 engine management ECU. It is also possible to deactivate the vehicle's FAP and EGR valve to avoid any restrictions on this side too.

Instrument panel without warning light after intervention

Once our intervention has been carried out, the lights are definitively extinguished, and there is no longer any OBD fault (the vehicle can therefore be successfully converted to mine). Please note, however, that this type of intervention is forbidden in Europe, and is reserved for export, albeit invisibly. Note that no warning light is visible. The option of removing the DPFS and EGR valve prevents clogging of the anti-pollution peripherals. If you wish to export the vehicle, the DPFS can be completely destroyed, as Euro standards do not apply in Africa or the Middle East.
