Adblue system malfunction Man Euro 6 TGS 32.400 from 2015
After going to the dealership and changing a number of parts, the vehicle still displays an adblue Man Euro 6 system malfunction message. Injector changed, gauge, pump, nothing helped. The dealership wanted to change the SCR catalytic converter (€7,800 ex. VAT), but this was out of the question for our customer, who was also unsure about the vehicle's future. The ultimate solution was to remove the system for good, especially as the truck would be exported to Africa in the coming weeks.
Ultimate solution: Deactivate the vehicle's Adblue settings and make it usable again before exporting.
Engine management on the 2015 Man Euro 6 is handled by the Bosch EDC17CV42 engine ECU. This ECU is in charge of processing various information from the injection system (power management, and all parameters such as temperature, pressure, flow rate, etc.). In addition to the injection system, it correlates information from the EMITEC SCR box. By eliminating the need to manage the adblue system, we avoid messages such as Dysfunction système adblue Man and any restrictions on power and speed.
Recurring fault 04547-02 Man Euro 6
The engine programming of the Bosch EDC17CV42 ECU will permanently erase malfunction messages from the Man adblue system, enabling messages to change status from AKTIV! to PASSIV! and thus be erased using our MAN-specific tool. Engine mapping and DPF SCR data can be read directly from the ECU plugs using our Autotuner Bench method, without having to open the ECU.
When the vehicle is completely faulty and its speed limited to 20kmh, our program unlocks this restricted mode and you can once again drive at 90.
