Problem Adblue Renault DXi : Solution to restore engine power and torque after the truck has been put into degraded mode.
When a fault occurs on a DXi 13L engine (Volvo engine), the truck's functions are reduced. The engine's torque goes into degraded mode, making it almost impossible to drive the vehicle properly. Power is also reduced. We have the solution to rectify the problem, especially if your AdBlue system fails and the truck has to be exported.

Adblue system emulation on DXi engines

The virtualization box is installed on the truck's CAN BUS network. Easy to install, you can install it yourself, or we can intervene directly. Mass, Power, Can H and Can L enable the box to virtualize the AdBlue system: Urea injection, virtualization of the amount of Adblue in the tank, removal of torque and engine power limitations.

Upstream programming of the emulation box

We program the amount of adblue simulated on the vehicle's dashboard. According to 9 levels, we can set the needle from 1 quarter to full.
