    For one of our overseas customers, we opted for a complete solution for their Volvo FH16 750. Equipped with a D16K750 engine developing 750hp and 3500Nm of torque, we optimized the power and torque parameters to make this truck one of the most powerful on the world market. It is also equipped with a twin-turbo system. The new figures after engine reprogramming are 850hp and 3900Nm.

    In addition to initially limiting engine power (degraded mode), these faults will cause the truck to enter creep mode within a few hours. In other words, it will not be possible to exceed a speed of 20km/h.

    Solving SCR DPF and EGR problems on Volvo FH16

    Our hardware enables us to read the entire memory of the engine management system (EMS) and the exhaust gas management system (ACM). The deactivation of SCR DPF and EGR data takes place in the EMS, while in the ACM we remove any probable fault codes that may be displayed.

    For foreign countries, it's the ultimate solution!
    When vehicles are to be exported to countries where adblue does not exist, and for which the Euro 6 standard is not in force, then this modification is perfectly legal. If you need to drive in Europe, please note that although invisible, this modification is not tolerated, and we cannot be held responsible.

    However, removing the EGR valve, the DPF and the AdBlue system can avoid many problems. We strongly advise you to remove the FAP cartridge when performing this operation, to prevent exhaust gases from fouling it, as engine regeneration will no longer be effective.
