Stage 1 Power on Scania R450 to 540hp
Reprogramming Stage 1 Power on Scania R450: DC13 147 engine
Scania's DC13 147 engine corresponds to the engine fitted to the StreamLine Euro 6 range, coupled to the EMS S8 engine ECU. Opting for a Stage 1 Power reprogramming on Scania R450 enables you to improve driving comfort and fuel consumption, as well as the vehicle's acceleration at low revs, and more rapid rev climbs when necessary. The DC13 147 engine is derived from the 410, with many parts in common. The later DC13 124 450hp version is shared with the 490, offering even greater gains. On this engine, in our case (DC13147), we're developing a program that delivers 520hp to 540hp, depending on the gearbox fitted, as well as an increase in torque of the order of 250Nm.

FAP and AdBlue Off option
Allowing the vehicle to run without DPFS and Adblue is a possible option, particularly if you wish to drive it abroad outside Europe, or export it to Africa or the Middle East. Deactivation is carried out using our specific software, enabling you to manage all the vehicle's configuration parameters. The configuration of the EMS S8 and EEC3 allows us to customize a wide range of parameters, in particular those corresponding to the AdBlue system and particulate filter.
Technical inspection and Device removed
It is not legal to remove an anti-pollution device, and we advise you to put it on a switch, especially if you want to use your Scania R450 at meetings, exhibitions, etc., but also if you want to switch it to free exhaust.
