Scania R580 Euro 6 AdBlue suppression and free exhaust
Why carry out a complete reprogramming of your vehicle?
Don't forget to consult our SCANIA Euro 4 5 6 special reprogramming database.
Stage 1 on the R580 Euro 6 Streamline equipped with the DC16 102 engine, i.e. the 580hp V8 with EGR valve, particulate filter and Adblue, improves power and torque while reducing fuel consumption. Once the vehicle has passed through our hands, its power output reaches 650hp in Stage 1, and 700hp in Stage 2, i.e. with a complete line of valves and elimination of anti-pollution devices (only for countries outside Europe).
Power restriction due to a problem with the DPF
Removal of the DPFS and SCR technology is possible on all Scania Euro 6 models (except the very latest 2021 models equipped with EMS10 ECUs). Among other things, this allows the exhaust flaps to be used during meetings on closed roads or racetracks without a fault on the dashboard. This solution can be switched on by you, i.e. the system is reactivated when the valves are closed. However, if you opt for a stage 1 or 2, the DPFS suppression cannot be reactivated.
Total reconfiguration of torque restriction, FAP and AdBlue management parameters
The manufacturer's development kit enables us to activate numerous parameters in the vehicle's various ECUs. We can access the various anti-pollution settings, the speed limiter if you need to restrict your truck to 80km/h for dangerous driving, for example, or if you want to drive in countries where higher speed limits are authorized. Scania R580 AdBlue Deletion is therefore also mandatory if you wish to export your vehicle to countries where adblue is not available.
