The simplest way to remove adblue from Daf Euro 5 models, whether XF or CF equipped with MX11 or MX13 engines, is to use data virtualization via the vehicle's CAN BUS network. Using this method, the Adblue gauge (level), pump, NOx sensors, injectors - in short, the entire SCR system - will be taken over by our specially electronically-programmed box, which is very discreet since it is easily hidden under the network of wires under the front grille, on the passenger side, under the black cover where it is indicated not to use the Karcher.
How does the operation work?
The installation procedure is simple and clearly explained, making troubleshooting easy. The box is mounted on the vehicle's CAN Bus network, and eliminates adblue on all Daf Euro 5 models. The box is pre-programmed by us beforehand, and we can either come to you or send you the installation diagram for your vehicle. No programming or electrical skills are required, and no diagnostic kit is needed to reset faults, which will go straight away once our module has been installed. So there's no need to go to DAF to clear any existing faults, since these will disappear directly after installation on the truck, just like the limited speed due to the switch to downgraded mode.
Above you can see that after fitting our box there are no more faults present on the vehicle. In our case it was a 105.460, but they're also available for all other Euro 5 DAF XF and CF vehicles.
