Adblue Tecnoma Deutz TCD4.1 straddle-cutter engine SPN524267
Solving a degraded mode problem SPN524267 adblue on Tecnoma Deutz engine
Following a fault with the adblue system on this Tecnoma high-clearance tractor, the maximum speed was limited to 4km/h. It was impossible to work with the vehicle in these conditions. We therefore opted for a reliable and definitive solution on the vehicle.
What is the SCR adblue defect on a Tecnoma machine?
The adblue fault present on a Tecnoma machine with a Deutz SPN 524267 engine relates to a Level II engine torque restriction. We call this Level II Limp Mode, which reduces engine torque and maximum operating speed following a fault in the SCR (Adblue) system. The aim of the operation is to carry out a complete programming of the engine system by removing the device (SCR as well as FAP and EGR).

What to do after surgery
After working on a machine with a Deutz Tecnoma engine, you can remove the particulate filter from the vehicle, disconnect the NOx sensors and the SCR pump from the machine too. The emission control limp mode is permanently deactivated, as is the regeneration system. The EGR valve can also be condemned if you wish. We're not touching the deactivation of engine trouble alerts, so that the system remains active in the event of engine trouble, but only the emissions system.
Deutz engine power increase
It is also possible to improve the engine power of your Deutz TCD4.1 engine mounted on your Tecnoma machine.
