Removing adblue from Iveco Stralis 480 for export
Adblue removal Iveco 480 11.1L
Intervention on Iveco Stralis 480 to remove the gas post-treatment devices (FAP, Adblue and EGR valve), for export of the vehicle. As the vehicle was constantly entering a degraded mode due to a nox sensor, an injector, etc., our customer decided to resell the vehicle for export, with all peripherals deactivated.
Permanently remove emissions-related defects on Stralis Euro 6
Our intervention consists of editing an engine program with emulation of the anti-pollution parameters. As a result, the vehicle will no longer enter a degraded mode, but will also no longer consume adblue and the particulate filter will no longer be regenerated. In addition, the EGR valve will remain in the closed position. Fault codes relating to all these elements will no longer appear.
Export your Iveco safely
Our intervention means you can drive in countries not subject to the Euro 6 standard with complete peace of mind. Your overseas buyer won't have to worry about finding adblue. He'll also be able to remove the particulate filter cartridge to avoid clogging.
