Reprogramming Iveco Stralis 560 Euro 6 + Adblue Fap Off
Engine reprogramming and SCR and DPF suppression
Intervention on Iveco Stralis 560 Euro 6 with the aim of improving the vehicle's engine power and torque. After reprogramming the Stage 1 engine on the Iveco 560 to 610hp, we increased torque by around 250Nm.
Definitive elimination of FAP, EGR and Adblue faults
Definitive deactivation of the vehicle's faults avoids restricting engine torque in the event of NOx problems. The operation is carried out on this vehicle because it is destined for export to a country where adblue does not exist. As a result, the vehicle can be driven without any dashboard defects, while maintaining its engine performance.
Limp mode deactivated on Iveco Euro 6 models
The emissions-related limp mode is deactivated. It is therefore no longer possible for the vehicle to go into downgraded mode following a problem with the emission control system. Limp mode for engine faults remains unchanged, so if the vehicle goes into downgraded mode, it's because of a fault other than the Adblue, FAP or EGR system.
Increased engine power on Iveco 560
Improving power on the Iveco Stralis 560 will reduce fuel consumption by around 2 to 3L/100km. The improved power will make it more responsive at high revs and more torquey at low revs.
