Adblue suppression Iveco 560 - Euro 6
Adblue suppression Iveco 560 : 12.9L engine
We intervened to remove the AdBlue system on this Iveco Hi-Way 560, as the vehicle presented a number of faults relating to the AdBlue system. The various codes present no longer allowed the vehicle to move forward using its full capacity, due to the torque restriction.
Final removal of defects on Iveco Euro 6
Our intervention consists of permanently inhibiting the exhaust aftertreatment system. By entering the engine ECU's internal memory, we can program the exhaust gas aftertreatment management data, i.e. opt to suppress the adblue, particulate filter and EGR valve. Furthermore, the inducement reduction, which limits engine torque when active, cannot theoretically be suppressed by means of a suitcase. We can, however, use our programming to switch off all these lights continuously and invisibly, without any fault at Mines.

Following our visit, the truck will regain its full power. Limp mode (creep mode) at 20kmh is deactivated, Torque Reduction is lifted, faults are permanently erased, the system is deactivated and adblue consumption is zero. This is ideal if you wish to export your vehicle, for example, or if you plan to work abroad in non-Euro zones (e.g. Maghreb).
Increased engine power on Iveco 560
If you'd like to get more power out of your Iveco 560, we also offer this service. The extracted program gives us access to all the vehicle's engine operating data. Injection times, operating temperatures, air flow rates, turbo injection pressure... everything can be controlled and optimized. The result is better engine torque, available sooner, and lower fuel consumption.
