Remove adblue on Komatsu 931XC 74AWF Agco harvester

    Adblue deactivated on Komatsu 931XC

How to remove adblue from a Komatsu 931XC harvester?

Would you like to prevent adblue problems on your Komatsu Forest 931XC harvester? That's what we've done on this machine. A preventive operation carried out on this harvester to ensure its smooth operation and prevent any kind of emissions-related failure. The aim of the operation was to shut down the Adblue, FAP and EGR systems on this harvester (which has to work abroad in non-Euro zones).

After programming, you can disconnect the sensors

Once you've removed the adblue from the Komatsu 931XC harvester, you can disconnect all the sensors connected to the SCR system, i.e. the NOx sensors, the exhaust gas temperature sensors and the EGR valve. No faults will appear on the dashboard. Emissions-related LIMP (power restriction) modes are also deactivated, so your machine can no longer run out of adblue. After reprogramming, the adblue level is emulated to also display 100%.

The engine ECU fitted to this harvester is a Bosch EDC17CV41. It controls engine data and emissions. Reprogramming this ECU enables complete emulation of the Adblue system, so you'll never run out of fuel in the middle of the forest. Programming is carried out directly on the ECU using the Bench method, without opening it. It can also be left mounted on the machine for us to operate.
