FAP and Adblue fault on Scania P410 XT Euro 6 Deactivation Removal

FAP and Adblue defect on Scania P410 XT, what to do?

If you have a DPFS and Adblue fault on a Scania P410 XT Euro 6, the main symptoms will initially be a loss of engine torque. With turbo pressure reduced in downgraded mode, the truck 'stops pulling'. It is no longer possible to climb hills, or only at very low speed. This downshift mode applies in accordance with Euro 6 legislation, which aims to reduce the engine torque of a Euro 6 truck in the event of a NOx emission problem.

How do we get rid of Adblue and DPFS on Scania P410 XT?

Complete reprogramming is carried out directly via the OBD diagnostic socket. We identify the software versions of the vehicle's ECUs and then work directly from the corresponding original file, which we have thanks to our access to the Scania databases. It's not possible to read the flash memory directly from the vehicle, so we have to work directly from a Scania-signed file. We are therefore deleting from the software the operation of the DPFS (regeneration, fuel injection, etc.) and the adblue (pump operation, urea injection, etc.). The EMD1 ECUs as fitted on this vehicle are then reconfigured using the Scania suitcase, so we have full control of the truck's configuration and can find solutions for any DPF and Adblue faults on Scania P410 XT and all other existing Scania vehicles.

Intervention on the DPF and neutralization of the particulate filter.

The final solution Once the FAP deactivation function is operational (electronically), all that's left to do is remove the cartridge, so that exhaust gases blocked by soot in the FAP can escape properly, and don't back up into the intake and turbo. This can lead to turbo and engine failure if turbo components pass into the engine.

Your Scania's degraded mode is completely eliminated, and it regains its full power following our intervention. We guarantee 100% results.

Guarantee of our work and certification of results

We guarantee to have your vehicle back on the road within 2 to 3 hours from the start of our intervention. We test the vehicle with our customer to ensure that everything is operational. You can view our previous already carried out on Scania Euro 6.
