Creep mode Man Euro 6 EDC 8131-02 8132-02 4535-01 Adblue SCR

Man Euro 6 creep mode: limited to 20km/h because SCR system faulty

To counteract Man Euro 6 creeping mode problems, particularly when they are due to faults in the Adblue system. When the quality of Adblue is insufficient, whether the problem really stems from poor Adblue quality or from a sensor sending out the wrong information, the truck goes into degraded mode, limiting engine power and torque, but also limiting maximum speed to 20km/h. This is known as creep mode.

Creep mode on Man Euro 6 cannot be deactivated unless you have the manufacturer's suitcase, although it is highly likely to return if you have not intervened on the vehicle to correct the problem.

Remove the Adblue system electronically and regain engine power and speed

The most common faults encountered are 8131-02, 8132-02 and 4535-01, all present in the Bosch EDC17 engine ECU. When their status is set to ACTIV!, it is not possible to eliminate them by simple deletion.
The aim of our adblue system reprogramming operation is to permanently change the fault codes from ACTIV! to PASSIV! status, so that they cannot return in the future, thus avoiding the Man Euro 6 creep mode.

Programming and definitive elimination of faults, including Man Euro 6 creep mode

The engine management computer (EDC) records and memorizes the occurrence of faults, as well as their mileage. Our operation consists in reading the memory of this engine management unit, modifying the data and writing the new operating information, so that the truck can run fault-free and without consuming adblue (for vehicles prepared for overseas use in non-Euro 6 countries), not subject to operation with adblue.

The engine control malfunction message also present on the dashboard will disappear, removing the engine warning light and preparing your truck for MIN before export. Although the operation is not detected by MIN, please note that it is not permitted to drive without adblue in Europe.

When the vehicle is completely faulty and its speed limited to 20kmh, our program unlocks this restricted mode and you can once again drive at 90.
