Definitive deletion of SCR data on the vehicle

Fault codes are generally present in the vehicle's SCR and EDC system, which you can access via the computer to obtain the fault codes, as well as their occurrence and mileage. These fault codes, often referred to as 04547-02 in EDC and 0555-10 in SCR, deliberately degrade the vehicle's operation, in the worst case restricting its speed limit to 20km/h. Our solutions make it possible to deactivate the truck's SCR system in order to prepare it for export, or possibly to drive in neighboring countries which are not subject to the Euro 6 standard and where adblue is not available.

The method consists in reading the complete engine program (injection mapping, gas treatment system, EGR and FAP). Once this data has been extracted, we use engineering software to retouch the various data in order to inhibit the integrated gas treatment solution. This measure is available on all Euro 6 Man models from 2014 to 2019, and will soon be available for the 2020 version.

Once the operation has been completed, we replace the engine ECU on the vehicle, located on the left-hand side of the engine, and check that the faults marked ACTIV! have changed to PASSIV! status, so that they can be permanently cleared.

When the vehicle is completely faulty and its speed limited to 20kmh, our program unlocks this restricted mode and you can once again drive at 90 km/h. You also regain the vehicle's original power and torque. Note that at the same time, we can optimize your vehicle's power by around 40 or 50 hp, as well as increasing torque.
