AdBlue system troubleshooting on Volvo Trucks FM 410 Euro 6

Installation of an Adblue troubleshooting system on a Volvo Euro 6, 11L engine, D11K. The truck did not exceed 20kmh, so it was no longer possible to drive with it. Our customer, who specializes in the import and export of road vehicles, had no intention of changing the Adblue system, which was also too expensive (since the truck was leaving for a foreign country where the Euro 6 standard was not in force, Adblue was not mandatory), and the law did not apply.

Integration of our data emulation system on the ACM.

Equipped with the 410hp D11K engine, managed by a TRW engine ECU coupled to the Continental exhaust management ECU developed for Volvo and Renault in Euro 6 versions, we implemented our specific molded box with the vehicle's original connector. Installation is simple: all you need to do is find the ECU located (in this Toupie 8×4 version) in the middle of the chassis between the two pairs of axles.
The module is installed directly at our customer's site, so that the truck is ready for export.
