    Iveco Eurocargo Adblue fault: System deletion for Euro 6

    When you have an Adblue Iveco Eurocargo fault under the Euro 6 standard, in 90% of cases you drive with a loss of power (engine in downgraded mode). It's also very likely that you'll be driving at a restricted speed of 20 km/h within a few hours. Iveco Euro 6 vehicles are mainly managed by a Bosch EDC17 type CV41 engine management ECU. The Adblue (SCR) and FAP (DPF) systems are also managed by this Bosch ECU. Error codes are stored in the memory in permanent mode and no longer allow you to use your vehicle at 100%.

    Here is an example of the fault codes we found in the vehicle we worked on. We are clearly notified of engine torque restriction due to an Adblue system fault on an Iveco Eurocargo.

    The engine ECU is programmed to stop displaying the fault on the dashboard for an indefinite period, thus interrupting operation of the exhaust aftertreatment system. The DPF and Adblue are thus deactivated, and will no longer cause you any problems. Although this manipulation is undetectable when passing through the MIN, it is not tolerated in Europe, although it is in other countries not subject to the famous Euro 6 standard. Africa, the Middle East and South America are not subject to these standards, so if you want to sell your vehicle for export, this is the ultimate solution.

    Removing the Adblue and the DPFS on an Iveco Euro 6, and in our case Eurocargo, will enable the truck to regain its full power, with no defects on the dashboard. The 20kmh limit will be lifted, as will the restrictions on engine power and torque. We have solutions for the entire Euro 6 range, including rigids, tractors and even agricultural machinery with Iveco FPT CNH Indistrial engines.
